MEET THE FOUNDERS
We’re Kanika and Nikita - sisters and co-founders of The Health Lab.
We began building The Health Lab in 2019, introducing Manchester City Centre to its very first Reformer Pilates studio. Despite a few hiccups (and a global pandemic!) along the way, we proudly opened our doors in February 2022.
Our vision was to create a welcoming space for everyone - all ages, genders, body types, and fitness levels. We wanted to build a beautiful, close-knit community and host regular events that bring people together. With the incredible support of our team, that’s exactly what we’ve done.
